開縫鋁單板幕墻系統，是指在鋁單板板塊的接縫采用不打膠的工藝，通過開逢讓鋁單板背后的空氣層能夠順暢的流通，可以起到良好的絕熱及吸聲效果，而且在空氣流通的過程中可以將冷凝水揮發掉，由于接縫處采用不打膠的工藝，減少了鋁單板的表面污染，使鋁單板表面保持長期清潔。同時由于鋁單板背后的空氣層與室外空氣是相通等壓，從而防止雨水由于壓力差進入室內，冷凝水和水量的滲漏水可以通過每層設置的排水板（兼作隔氣板）分層排出，鋁單板背后的空氣層通過空氣對流減少了熱轉換，在夏季，可以減少制冷成本，在冬季則可以大減少采暖費用。

室內幕墻、包柱、吊頂裝飾用鋁單板，通常采用氟碳噴涂，也采用聚脂噴涂，室內因沒有日  曬雨淋，對鋁單 板基本上沒有損害，所以室內

的耐候性自然也很好。
